THE PROJECT

Located in Los Angeles County, the largest cannabis market in the world 

The Onion Plant property consists of 12.5 acres of land. On one 2.85 acre parcel there are two existing metal buildings. The total square footage of the existing buildings on the property is 53,350 square feet of which 8,000 square feet is available for lease NOW

The remaining 9.5 acres — comprised of 11 separate APNs — has been entitled for an additional 150,000 square feet of cannabis cultivation, volatile and nonvolatile manufacturing, distribution, nursery and processing, research and development and commercial kitchen facilities to be built as five 30,000 square feet free standing units. The Property is graded and ready for the remaining buildings to be constructed once leases are obtained for verified tenants. Each of the buildings will have energy calculations done to confirm actual power needed — once the configuration has been determined between proposed cannabis activities and any other related uses — so the most efficient use of energy can be provided from the sources available to the project.

Amenities

This property is zoned HI and is fully entitled by the City of Lancaster with Conditional Use Permits for over 200,000 square feet of commercial cannabis cultivation and manufacturing per the city’s Commercial Cannabis ordinance. Go here towards read far more slots.

ADEQUATE ELECTRICAL POWER

Energy provided through relationship with Lancaster Choice Energy and major energy company in concert with SoCal Gas

ADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY

The project will provide access to sufficient supply of water for industrial-scale cultivation of cannabis at reduced rates. 

24/7 SECURITY

The site is fully gated and secured with a 24/7 security guard at entry. Tenants will also be able to have personal security to ensure extra safety to their building.

30,000 SQUARE FEET WITH EXTRACTION

An example of the 30,000 square foot design is anticipated to include two 10,000 square foot canopies for cultivation, space for a veg. room, trim room, clone room, mother room, dry room, space for distribution, and the balance of the space for common areas, shipping, packaging, restrooms, lounge & storage.

Some users may utilize the space in different configurations as they choose to include a space for distribution or other cannabis activities.
