In partnership with the City of Lancaster, The Onion Plant is designed to be a manufacturing and distribution hub for California. The property is 12.8 acres fully entitled for approximately 200,000 SF for industrial use buildings with all utilities, sewers and water to the site.

Indoor Cultivation

Outfit your space starting at 5,000 square feet of cultivation, all the way up to 60,000 square feet buildings. Obtain multiple buildings and have tens of thousands of square feet of cultivation

Mixed-Light Cultivation

The only city in Los Angeles County that will allow for mixed-light cultivation on non-agricultural land

Transport cannabis and cannabis products to licensed retailers all over the state

Secure Genetic Storage and Research & Development Facilities

Advance the understanding of the chemicals already present in different strains of cannabis and the therapeutic properties of cannabis for health conditions, as well as the potential effects of accumulated exposure over time.

An inexpensive way to cultivate cannabis as plants harness power of the sun, provide a warm climate, and protect from harsh environmental conditions. Greenhouses also allow for year-round cultivation, climate control, and a controlled exposure to sunlight.

Clones, immature plants, and seeds for wholesale distribution to permitted cultivators and dispensaries.
